(3) When you contact us by e-mail or use our contact form, we retain the data you provide to us (your e-mail address, maybe your name, address, phone or fax number) to answer your questions. The data being collected in this context will be erased when it is not longer necessary to retain them, or we will restrict processing provided there is a legal retention period.

(4) If we contract service providers for individual functions of our offer or want to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in the following in detail about the relevant processes. We also list the defined criteria of the retention period.

§ 6 Web Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files that are placed on your computer to permit an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies with respect to your use of this website will be generally transmitted to and stored by a Google server in the USA. § 7 Social Media

§ 7.1 Facebook and Facebook-Plugins („Like“-Button)

(1) This page uses plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize these Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like”-button on our page. At http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ you will receive an explanation of the different modules. § 7.2 YouTube with enhanced data protection

(1) This website embeds videos of YouTube. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

(2) We use YouTube in extended data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode causes YouTube not to store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, the disclosure of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the extended data protection mode. § 7.3 Data processing for interactions on our Instagram page

(1) Through our Instagram page, you have the opportunity to respond to our posts, comment on them and send us private messages. In addition, to the content you submit, information about your profile, your likes and your posts are visible to us, depending on your individual privacy settings. Therefore, carefully check what personal data you share with us via our Instagram page.

(2) We process your data in the context of interaction with our page or its content exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b and lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interests are the fulfillment of an order or the response to your request.

(3) Should we discontinue the operation of our Instagram presence, your data will be deleted as far as possible. § 7.4 Privacy policy for the use of LinkedIn

(1) Through our LinkedIn presence, you have the opportunity to respond to our posts, comment on them and send us private messages. Therefore, carefully check what personal data you share with us via our LinkedIn page.

(2) We process your data in the context of interaction with our page or its content exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b and lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interests consist in the fulfillment of an order or the response to your request.

§ 8 Google Maps

(1) This page uses Google Maps to represent our company location and to create a route planning. This is an offer from Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereafter referred to as "Google."

§ 9 Newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about news and special offers.

In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data. We store your e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO.

§ 10 Contact Form and E-mail Contact

(1) We provide a contact form on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If this form is used, the data entered in the entry mask are transferred to us and retained.

These data include:

First name, last name, company, address, postcode, place, e-mail address

When sending the message, the following data is stored:

(a)       User's IP address (anonymised)

(b)       Date and time of registration

Your consent for processing this data is obtained in the context of sending, and you are referred to this Privacy Policy.

(2) Alternatively, you may contact us by e-mail. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored.

No data will be forwarded to third parties in this context. The data is only used for processing the communication.

The legal basis for processing data transmitted by e-mail is article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) GDPR. If the e-mail contact is used to enter into a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is article 6 paragraph 1 point (b) GDPR.

(4) Processing of the personal data provided in the entry mask is only used to answer your request. If you contact us by e-mail, this also includes the required legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

Other personal data processed during sending is used to avoid misuse of the contact form and to guarantee security of our IT systems.

(5) Data will be erased when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected. For personal data in the entry mask of the contact form or personal data transmitted by e-mail, this is the case if the communication with the relevant user ends. The communication has ended when it can be concluded from the circumstances that the relevant issue has been finally clarified.

All personal data being stored in the context of this communication will be erased in such a case.
