Carbide indexable inserts (HM cutting inserts) for various requirements. Customized geometries prove effective depending on the task, with cutting widths of 1.6 / 2.4 / 3.2 mm. The specially tailored coatings optimize the tool life for the material being processed.

The shank of the DIE holder is typically purchased only once. With the DIE system, Dieterle offers you the option to reorder only these interchangeable components and replace them in just a few simple steps.

Do you need a holder with internal cooling? The internal coolant supply of the SSDA-IK holder, with up to 150 bar high pressure, ensures optimal cooling and improves chip evacuation.
